Delivery Options

Our delivery process is designed for efficiency:

  • Standard Delivery: Receive your order within 3-5 working days for £7.95.
  • Express Delivery: Urgently need your order? Choose express delivery for next day arrival (orders before 12pm Monday - Thursday) at £13.95.
  • Special Offer: Orders over £75 enjoy free standard delivery, ensuring you get your paints in 3-5 working days. Upgrade to express delivery for immediate needs.

Delivery takes place Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). Unfortunately we are unable to specify a particular delivery date or time unless it is a pre-paid next day. We do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. All orders usually require a signature upon delivery. If you are unlikely to be in during the day, consider having your order delivered to your place of work, or another business address where somebody will be able to accept and sign for it.

The listed price of delivery on the website (see your shopping basket) is for UK Mainland only, if the delivery address is not on the Mainland we will provide you a specific cost of delivery. Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created a 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances, please email info@specialistpaintonline.co.uk with your order information to request a return.

Any goods returned to us must be in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us. 

The goods should be returned with their original box if possible and with accessories.

When returning products, we recommend that you use a carrier who offers shipment tracking and you insure the package for its full value.  You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit. We will be unable to re-sell the goods if they are damaged in return so no refund would be given.

Where we have made an error, you may return a product and receive a refund or exchange and we apologise for the inconvenience

If product was damaged in transit to you, you must provide evidence of this. Please note that packages should ideally be checked as soon as the parcel is received.

When you do not want the product, in order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must subsidise a 15% handling costs and the return carriage. The item(s) must be returned to us in a saleable condition.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the handling and carriage charge.

Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product.

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product and a handling charge.
